"Several years ago, I began to suffer from
what felt like a prolapsed uterus, except I’d had
a hysterectomy about 15 years before! My gynecologist
explained that what actually was happening was my pelvic
floor muscle had weakened, causing my bladder to drop
into the vaginal cavity. His only solution was surgery
to ‘tuck’ the pelvic floor muscle, which I
knew was likely to be only a temporary fix. I decided
to explore other options and consulted my holistic doctor,
who explained that stress can weaken the pelvic floor

I felt that even though there was still stress in my
life, I was able to stay on an even keel – things
that I had been anxious about did not seem to bother
